New European Grocery Store Is Coming To Bethel
The specialty market may open within weeks in a former industrial building.
BETHEL, CT — A European grocery store specializing in Balkan and Mediterranean foods could open within weeks on Stony Hill Road in Bethel, according to the store's Instagram.
Euro Grocery is preparing to open at 16 Stony Hill Road in part of a former industrial building next to Stony Hill Diner.
In a comment on one of the business’s Instagram posts, Euro Grocery said it is aiming for a mid-May opening.

The store will carry imported packaged foods from countries including Greece, Albania, Romania, Turkey, Croatia and Serbia.
The Bethel location would become Euro Grocery’s fourth Connecticut store, joining existing locations in Waterbury, Orange and Rocky Hill.
