Road Paving Delayed In Bethel; Here's What's Affected
Several roads will be paved in Bethel this month.
BETHEL, CT — A road paving project in Bethel has been delayed and is now expected to begin the week of June 15, according to town officials.
In a community update, First Selectman Dan Carter said highway crews have been replacing catch basins in preparation for paving work near Taylor Road.
The town had planned to begin paving this week, but the schedule has been pushed back.

According to officials, the following roads are scheduled to be paved:
- Roberts Drive
- Old Lantern Drive North
- Taylor Road (from Plumtrees Road to Dodgingtown Road)
- Eastbrook Court
- Settlers Road
Town officials noted that the schedule remains subject to change due to weather conditions and contractor availability.
