Sweet Aroma Florals Opens Shop in Bethany

On Saturday, Rachel Cooper (holding scissors) was joined by her husband Jeffrey and a jubilant crowd of family, friends, and customers to celebrate the official grand opening of Sweet Aroma Florals at 5 Amity Road, Bethany.

Bethany First Selectman Carol Goldberg, Amity Chamber of Commerce CEO Barry Lee Cohen, Bethany Economic Development Commission members Steven Winter (Chairman) and Kyle Wasilewski, who also serves on the Amity Chamber Board of Directors, took part in the ribbon-cutting. An open house, which included a "build your own bouquet bar," a "jewelry and charm bar," a picture station, and assorted refreshments, followed.

Cooper stated, "After nearly a year of dreaming, planning, and bringing this little shop to life, we’re so excited to announce the Grand Opening of Sweet Aroma Florals! We are so grateful to every single person who has encouraged, supported, and cheered us on along the way and to all of the new friends we’re going to make while here! We can’t wait to share this space with you!"

Sweet Aroma Florals brings thoughtfully designed flower arrangements to the Amity region and the surrounding areas.
