Take A Tour: Norwich's 5 Priciest Homes On The Market Right Now

Here's the crème de la crème of Norwich's real estate market this week...

NORWICH, CT — A new smart home built with Vastu Shastra and feng shui in mind is the most expensive home for sale in Norwich, at more than three times the price of No. 2, according to listings on Zillow.com. Two homes from the 1700s also make the list.

No. 1 on the list is 162 Scotland Road, listed at $2,900,000. Built in 2023, the 6,830-square-foot house has five bedrooms, six full bathrooms and one half bathroom on 6.19 acres. A gate nearly 18 feet wide opens onto a drive of more than 500 feet leading to an 8-foot pivot front door, floating stairs and a two-story living room with a tiled fireplace. It has been on Zillow for 80 days.

Just behind it is 45 Huntington Ave., the E.A. Huntington Homestead from about 1717 in Norwichtown, listed at $839,000. Zillow's 5,109 square feet covers both the main house and a detached guest house on 3.5 acres among mature trees and historic stone walls, with six bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The main house keeps its wide-plank floors and multiple fireplaces. It has been on Zillow for 129 days.

Closing out the top five is 157 Washington St., the Learned-Aiken House in the Chelsea Parade Historic District, listed at $725,000. The listing says master carpenter Ebenezer Learned first built it in the Federal style around 1799 and that it was enlarged in 1867 into its Greek Revival form; Zillow dates it to 1807. It has 5,418 square feet, seven bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one half bathroom and 10 fireplaces on 0.76 acres. It has been on Zillow for 28 days.

Prices, listing status and days on market are from each property's Zillow.com listing as of Oct. 26, 2026, and may change. Only homes marked "For sale" or offered as new construction were included; pending, coming-soon, land-only and multifamily listings were left out.
