WOODBRIDGE, CT — Woodbridge has the whole lineup this weekend: two Toll Brothers townhomes at the Regency, the 55+ community with views of West Rock Ridge State Park, plus a ranch in the Amity school district and a five-bedroom on a cul-de-sac with a family room under exposed beams.

Four Woodbridge homes are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 31, and Sunday, Nov. 1, with prices from $425,000 to $819,900, according to Zillow.com. Bethany has none this weekend.

Saturday, Oct. 31

18 Hillcrest Drive #18, Woodbridge, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (also Sunday, 1 to 3 p.m.), $799,000. This three-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome is a Chauncey Modern Farmhouse, which the listing calls the largest townhome style at the Regency, a sold-out 55+ community. It has cathedral and 9-foot ceilings, a quartz kitchen island, a main-level primary suite and an upstairs loft, and the listing says it may be available furnished. It has 2,486 square feet, an electric car charger in the garage and a $471 monthly HOA fee.

27 Heritage Lane, Woodbridge, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (also Sunday, 1 to 3 p.m.), $599,900. This three-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome is the Pierpont Modern Farmhouse plan at the Regency, a 55+ community, with a main-level primary suite, a six-foot seated walk-in shower, a fireplace in the great room and a loft upstairs. It has 2,006 square feet and a $470 monthly HOA fee. The listing asks for 24 hours' notice for showings, so check with the agent before you go.

6 Raymond Road, Woodbridge, 1 to 3 p.m. (also Sunday), $425,000. This three-bedroom, two-bath ranch has a new roof (2026), hardwood floors on the main level, a heated basement and two under-house garage spaces. The listing puts heat and hot water at about $1,200 a year from its high-efficiency gas boiler and says the house is not in a flood zone. It has 1,680 square feet.

Sunday, Nov. 1

16 Burma Road, Woodbridge, 12:30 to 2 p.m., $819,900. This five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home has more than $250,000 in upgrades over the years, according to the listing, including a chef's kitchen with Viking appliances and a family room with vaulted wood ceilings and exposed beams. The primary suite has heated dolomite floors and what the listing calls a high-tech talking toilet. It has 4,982 square feet on 1.62 acres with a three-car garage.
