May 19

Kara A. Laudano, 52, of Branford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and reckless driving.

May 20

Jessica H. Hilbert, 46, of New Haven, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer, violation of probation, and reckless driving.

Samuel Semidey, 44, of New Haven, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

Omar Adame Diaz, 37, of New Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Roland Garcia, 44, of New Haven, was charged with interfering with an officer and violation of probation.

May 23

Carlo Danny Ayala, 27, of Wallingford, was charged with first-degree failure to appear and second-degree breach of peace.
