Bridgeport Resident Scores $1 Million CT Lottery Win
The lucky ticket was sold in Middletown, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
BRIDGEPORT, CT — An unnamed Bridgeport resident is $1 million richer this week after claiming a winning lottery ticket purchased in Middletown, the Connecticut Lottery announced.
On Thursday, the person claimed a winning Best Chance To Be A Millionaire ticket that was bought at 159 MDTS on Main Street Extension in Middletown.
The Connecticut Lottery no longer publishes winners’ names without their written consent, in accordance with Sec. 3(d) of Public Act 25-112, according to officials.

The game, which costs $50 per ticket, began in January, and as of Friday, two grand prizes of $1 million remained unclaimed.
More than 2 million game tickets have been printed, and the overall odds of winning are 1 in 3.13.
