The most expensive recent sale was for $475,000, according to information from Zillow.com.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — From a five-bedroom on Maple Street to a Park Avenue condo fetching the batch's top price, Bridgeport's real estate market has covered plenty of ground this month.

Five homes sold in Bridgeport between Sept. 10 and Sept. 12, with a top price of $475,000, according to Zillow.com.

The most recent closing in this batch is 56 Peet St., which sold Sept. 12 for $345,000. The three-bedroom, two-bath home offers 1,426 square feet of living space on a 4,792-square-foot lot, at $241.94 per square foot.

649 Maple St. sold Sept. 11 for $220,000. The five-bedroom, two-bath home offers 1,854 square feet on a 1,742-square-foot lot, at $118.66 per square foot — the lowest price and lowest per-square-foot rate of the five.

The same day, 581 Palmetto Road sold for $365,000. The four-bedroom, one-bath home offers 1,287 square feet on a 9,583-square-foot lot, at $283.61 per square foot.

Also closing Sept. 11, 41 Hanover St., Unit 41 sold for $150,000. The three-bedroom, two-bath condo offers 1,460 square feet, at $102.74 per square foot.

The top price of the five belongs to 3200 Park Ave., Unit 6F1, which sold Sept. 10 for $475,000. The three-bedroom, three-bath condo offers 2,355 square feet, at $201.70 per square foot.

What this says about the Bridgeport market: All five sales in this batch closed under $500,000, with the two condos in the group landing at opposite ends of the price range — one the cheapest sale of the five, the other the most expensive.
