A Popular Hot Chicken Chain Is Opening In Brookfield Next Week

The hot chicken chain is set to open on Federal Road, marking its seventh Connecticut location.

BROOKFIELD, CT — A new Dave's Hot Chicken location is set to open in Brookfield next week, with a ribbon cutting planned ahead of the grand opening.

The restaurant, located at 128 Federal Road, will open to the public on May 8 at 11 a.m., officials said.

A ceremonial ribbon cutting hosted by the Brookfield Economic Development Commission and the Greater Danbury Chamber is scheduled for noon on May 7.

The Brookfield site will be the chain’s seventh location in Connecticut, continuing its expansion across the state.

Dave’s Hot Chicken is known for its Nashville-style hot chicken, offering tenders and sliders at multiple spice levels.

The menu also includes sides such as seasoned fries, mac and cheese and milkshakes.

The restaurant is expected to be open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., according to officials.
