Event Details
We’ve been bombarded with lawlessness throughout Trump 2.0. It’s hard to keep track of it all. Just in the last week:
- Another ICE shooting nearby in New York, leaving a father wounded and his five-year-old traumatized.
- Growing threats that DHS and FBI personnel will be deployed to polling places on Election Day.
It’s exhausting. And it can make us feel powerless. But we can choose not to give in to that feeling. When we come together, support one another, and make our voices heard, we strengthen our communities and our democracy.
Join us at the No Kings rally to turn concern into action.
We’ll hear from the Rev. Dr. Whitney Altopp, State Rep. Aimee Berger-Girvalo, comedian and political commentator Noel Casler, and First Selectwoman of Weston Sam Nestor about how we can take power back at the ballot box. There’ll be energizing music, and a welcoming, fun Kids’ Table.
We won’t be deterred, and we won’t stay home. Come stand with friends and neighbors, make a plan to vote early, and make our voices impossible to ignore.
Bring a friend, bring your family, and let's show up for democracy together.
