St. Patrick’s Day Parade Hits Danbury This Weekend

The annual parade will travel through several downtown streets, organizers said.

DANBURY, CT — If you already packed away your green, Danbury isn’t done celebrating just yet. The city’s annual St. Patrick’s Day parade returns this weekend, organizers said.

The event, hosted by the Greater Danbury Irish Cultural Center, is scheduled for Sunday, March 22 at 2 p.m.

The parade route will begin near St. Peter’s Church and proceed along Main Street, West Street and Lake Avenue, according to organizers.

Following the parade, attendees are invited to continue the celebration at the Greater Danbury Irish Cultural Center.
