Darien Police Officers Graduate From 2026 Fairfield County Detective Conference
During the two-week-long training program, officers completed classes on various law enforcement topics.

DARIEN, CT — Several Darien police officers recently graduated from the 2026 Fairfield County Detective Conference, according to an announcement from the Darien Police Department.
The graduates included officers Steven Costantini, Abigail Frazier and Thomas Guerrero.
During the two-week-long training program, the officers completed classes on topics such as interviewing, narcotics, legal issues, case management, crime scene, and computer and financial crimes.

"Congratulations and thank you for your professionalism and efforts to position our agency to best serve our community!" DPD said in an announcement, thanking Darien Det. Leslie Silva, Chairman of the 2026 Fairfield County Detective Conference, who arranged for instruction at the seminar and coordinated all related events.
According to the department, the Fairfield County Detective Conference was established in 1962 to support over 30 law enforcement agencies and detectives and officers throughout the county.
