Between the Covers: Hagaman Memorial Library's Romance Book Club: The Spellshop by Sarah Beth Durst

Escape reality, find romance at Hagaman Library's new "Between the Covers" Romance Book Club! Our new club will meet on the following dates:

The Spellshop by Sarah Beth Durst:

When the Great Library of Alyssium is destroyed, an introverted librarian flees to a remote island with her sentient plant and a crate of forbidden spellbooks. To survive, she opens a secret magic shop to help the struggling local community, despite the deadly risk of being caught by the authorities.

Along the way, she crosses paths with a sweet, persistent merhorse farmer who slowly breaks down her emotional walls in this cozy, low-stakes fantasy romance.
