Semaj Seven Grier, 27, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.

Angelyn Janvier, 27, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree unlawful restraint, second-degree threatening, third-degree strangulation/suffocation, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

David R. Rascati, 68, of New Haven, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.
Oct. 3
Jose Angel Santos, 19, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Oct. 5
Darryl D. Foster, 31, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Oct. 6
Robert A. Munoz, 54, of New Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and three counts of second-degree failure to appear.
Edgar Y. Torres Questell, 23, of East Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.
Eduardo Jose Perez-Espin, 28, of Waterbury, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree burglary.
