There were five homes sold in East Haven between Sept. 11 and Sept. 17, with a top price of $515,000, according to Zillow.com.

EAST HAVEN, CT — From a $195,000 condo on Cedar Court to a $515,000 unit on Mansfield Grove Road, East Haven's latest sales were dominated by condominiums rather than single-family homes.

There were five homes sold in East Haven between Sept. 11 and Sept. 17, with a top price of $515,000, according to Zillow.com.

23 Rowe St. — Sept. 17, $415,000. The three-bedroom, three-bath home has 1,308 square feet of living space.

1 Mansfield Grove Road, Unit 306 — Sept. 17, $515,000, the top price of this batch. The two-bedroom, two-bath condo has 1,280 square feet of living space.

50 Summit Ave. — Sept. 16, $365,000. The three-bedroom, two-bath home has 1,498 square feet of living space, tied for the largest of this batch.

175 South End Road, Unit B14 — Sept. 15, $398,000. The two-bedroom, two-bath condo has 1,498 square feet of living space, tied for the largest of this batch.

13 Cedar Court, Unit E — Sept. 11, $195,000, the lowest price of this batch. The two-bedroom, one-bath condo has 947 square feet of living space, the smallest of this batch.

What this says about the East Haven market: Three of the five sales in this batch were condominium units, and prices tracked closely with size: Mansfield Grove Road, the priciest and second-smallest unit, also brought the highest price per square foot at about $402, while Cedar Court, the smallest and cheapest, sold for the lowest rate at about $206 per square foot — roughly half Mansfield Grove Road's rate, and less than half its overall price.
