Enfield Families Can Paint Some Positivity Saturday

ENFIELD, CT — Families can enjoy a morning at the park Saturday during Enfield KITE’s latest PLAYground Saturdays event.

Enfield KITE’s Parent Ambassadors will host Kindness Rock Painting from 10 a.m. to noon Aug. 1 at Whit Acres Park. KITE said rocks and paint will be available for participants.

The drop-in event is part of the Parent Ambassadors’ summer PLAYground Saturdays series, which pairs a weekly activity with open playtime at a different Enfield park. The program is designed to give children a chance to play with friends while parents and caregivers connect.

Three events remain after Saturday: Emergency Services Truck Day on Aug. 8 at Enfield Street School; Donuts & Coffee Morning on Aug. 15 at Parkman Elementary School; and Superhero & Princess Play Day on Aug. 22 at Hazardville Memorial School.
