The Enfield Garden Club will host their annual plant sale on Saturday, May 2nd, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. to noon, rain or shine, on the front lawn of the Enfield Senior Center, 299 Elm Street, Enfield, CT. We will offer a wide variety of members’ perennials, herbs, annual flower and vegetable plants and hanging baskets from our greenhouse and local garden centers. Also available will be house plants and gently used garden related items. Cash or credit cards accepted. Enfield Community Poetry Festival
The Enfield Community Poetry Festival invites poets, artists, and community members to gather for a lively celebration of creativity, expression, and connection.
The festival will feature open mic, poet laureate readings, poetry workshops, poetic presentations and activities, a poetry contest, poetry and art displays, book sales, vendors, lite refreshments, and community networking.
A special Poetry for a Cause Mic invites attendees to bring canned goods to support the community.
This event also serves as a fundraiser for the Enfield Poetry Cafe, a literary club for adults and older teens that encourages creative expression and community building.
