2 Accused Of Public Indecency In Separate Fairfield Incidents: Police
In both cases, the suspects were arrested on the same day, according to authorities.

FAIRFIELD, CT — Two men were arrested in Fairfield this month on charges of public indecency, Patch has learned.
In the first of the separate cases, 22-year-old Stamford resident Koa Vierra was arrested on June 13 on charges of public indecency and second-degree breach of peace, according to Fairfield Police Sgt. Jenna Wellington.
The case stems from an alleged incident at Edge Fitness on Kings Highway Cutoff.

"Fairfield Police determined that Vierra exposed himself while seated in a vehicle in the parking lot and was observed looking through the facility's windows at a woman exercising inside," Wellington told Patch.
Vierra was released after posting bond on bail of a $7,500, and he is scheduled to appear in Bridgeport Superior Court on July 28.

According to Stamford police, Vierra is also facing a charge of possession of child pornography in that city, relating to a months-long investigation that culminated in his arrest in 2025. He has pleaded not guilty.
The second Fairfield case is alleged to have occurred on Black Rock Turnpike.
Nicolas Cheftel, 57, of Bridgeport, was also arrested on the 13th following an investigation into a public indecency complaint in the 2200 block of Black Rock Turnpike.
"Fairfield Police determined that Cheftel exposed himself while walking in front of several businesses and was observed exposing himself to multiple females in the area," Wellington said.
Cheftel was also charged with public indecency and second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a $5,000 non-surety bond, and is scheduled to appear in Bridgeport Superior Court on Wednesday.
