Sandwich Shop For Sale For $1.8 Million In Fairfield

FAIRFIELD, CT — An unnamed sandwich shop in Fairfield is on the market for $1.8 million, according to Crexi.com.

The owner of the shop is withholding the name, location and financial information it; to learn the details, an interested buyer must sign a nondisclosure agreement and show proof of funds.

Gross revenue is $1.1 million, and the "well-established" shop already has trained staff in place. It is also located in a "high-traffic" part of town.
