Farmington Home Prices Keep Climbing — See Where They Stand Now

FARMINGTON, CT — Home prices in Farmington have continued to trend upward over the past decade, reflecting broader housing market trends across Connecticut.

The typical home value in town is now about $479,079, according to Zillow data. Over the past year, values have increased roughly 6.4 percent.

While growth was more gradual for much of the decade, prices began to accelerate around 2020, when housing demand surged during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. That pattern has been seen in many parts of the state, as low inventory and increased demand pushed prices higher.
