Mark Anthony Maley, 27, of Cold Springs Road, Avon, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 10 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 14.
Bianca Dayamara Pinero-Rodriguez, 42, of Bonner Street, Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 1 p.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 14.

Jeffrey Payne, 36, of 1st Street, Hamden, was charged with violation of a protective order at 12:19 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 3.
Aug. 1
Edgard Joel Getchell, 28, of Court Park 2, West Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 7:03 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 17.
Marcos Devonte Rodriguez, 27, of Birdseye Road, Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 2:47 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 3.
Kassondra M. Ross, 35, of Hillcrest Avenue, West Hartford, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, traveling unreasonably fast, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and operating a motor vehicle with a hand-held telephone/electronics device at 12:28 a.m. She will appear in court Aug. 17.
Aug. 2
Steven Pedraza, 39, of Middlefield Street, Middletown, was charged with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny at 8:41 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 3.
Nicholas Timothy Statchen, 20, of Bella Lane, Farmington, was charged with speeding, failure to drive in the proper lane, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, driving under the influence with a BAC of .02 and being less than 21 years old, and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 3:06 a.m. He will appear in court Aug. 17.
Jane Fung, 41, of Mallard Drive, Avon, was charged with failure to drive on the right, failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to display lights, and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 1:21 a.m. She will appear in court Aug. 17.

Debra Jean Michaud, 59, of Marigold Avenue, Kissimmee, Fla., was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing, second-degree breach of peace, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 8:04 a.m. She will appear in court Aug. 21.
Robert Edward Griffin, 51, of Sterling Street, New Britain, was charged with two counts of violation of a protective order at 1:59 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 7.

Rosa Dominello, 79, of Rook Road, Cromwell, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 3:37 p.m. She will appear in court Aug. 21.
Eduan Bautista-Gil, 55, of Vinehill Road, West Hartford, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 1:15 a.m. He will appear in court Aug. 24.
Aug. 9
Bruce Edward Walton Jr., 32, of Gaylord Street, Bristol, was charged with failure to drive on the right, failure to drive in the proper lane, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, risk of injury to a child, failure to use a seat belt for a child aged 8-15, driving under the influence with a child under 18 as a passenger, and violation of rear-facing seat requirements for a child under 2 and weighing less than 30 pounds at 1:14 a.m. He will appear in court Aug. 24.
Aug. 10
Jose Martinez, 19, of East Street, New Britain, was charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, third-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny at 12:21 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 10.
Aug. 12
Tasha Marie Miller, 45, of Holcomb Street, Hartford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and drinking while driving at 10:29 p.m. She will appear in court Aug. 28.
Monique S. Sockabasin, 26, of Koluskap Road, Pleasant Point, Maine, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, fifth-degree larceny, third-degree robbery, third-degree assault, possession of a controlled substance, and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 4:30 p.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 13.
Matthew Lawrence Laflamme, 53, of no certain address, Hartford, was charged with criminal attempt at fifth-degree larceny and first-degree forgery at 2:14 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 26.
Victor Manuel Ortiz, 20, of High Street, New Britain, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle without insurance, third-degree burglary (two counts), fourth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny, illegal taking of a payment card, spending more than $500 with a revoked payment card, criminal attempt at third-degree identity theft, third-degree identity theft, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 10:30 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 12.
Marissa A. Polechronis, 35, of Teaticket Highway, Teaticket, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts) at 10 a.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 12.
Alexander Matthew Puerta, 33, of Gaylord Road, Windsor Locks, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, violation of a protective order, failure to carry registration/insurance card, and possession of a controlled substance at 9:48 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 13.
