Katie May O'Connor, 21, of Waterville Road, Avon, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, risk of injury to a child, second-degree assault with a motor vehicle (two counts), and first-degree reckless endangerment at 11:40 p.m. She will appear in court May 22.
Michael Angelo Ancona, 63, of Holmes Circle, Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 10:36 a.m. He will appear in court May 22.

Johnathon M. Martin, 38, of Home Avenue, Winsted, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, sale of less than a half ounce of cocaine, and possession of a controlled substance at 9:01 a.m. He will appear in court May 21.
May 8
Madeline Winifred Dominello, 40, of Jefferson Avenue, Bristol, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court (three counts) at 9:07 a.m. She was to appear in court May 11.
May 9
Adriana Kiana Velasco-Bouchot, 26, of Booth Street, New Britain, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, disobeying the signal of an officer, risk of injury to a child, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, third-degree assault, engaging police in pursuit, and second-degree failure to appear in court at 7 p.m. She was to appear in court May 11.
Omario O'Neil Thomas, 27, of Nutmeg Lane, East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 6:30 p.m. He will appear in court May 22.
Richard William Cozzolino, 54, of Williamson Circle, Watertown, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 2:09 a.m. He will appear in court May 26.

Alissah Laila Joseph, 20, of Stony Corners Circle, Avon, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 2:45 p.m. She will appear in court May 26.
May 14
Philip Michael Doran, 71, of Curtis Street, Meriden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear in court at 3:45 a.m. He was to appear in court May 14.
