Simultaneously with towns all over CT & all over the country, the Declaration of Independence will be read publicly at the Fountain Green in Glastonbury CT at 6 PM on Wed, July 8 - on the exact 250th anniversary of its first public reading, in Philadelphia - by a Glastonbury resident in full historical dress!
Ms. New England 2026 will sing the Star Spangled Banner & other patriotic hymns. Mike the Patriot Dummer will play.
This event will feature many CT Republican candidates, elected officials, entertainers & other leaders each speaking briefly on the Declaration's independence.
