After years for cooking in fine dining restaurants, award winning chefs - Tom Kaldy and Joe Keane - decided to open a little shop of their own. Seeking to provide customers with the high quality items they've been cooking for years but in a much more approachable, comfortable manner, and in a takeout box! . The Hidden Kitchen is a seasonally focused takeout joint operated by real chefs, preparing the best with the best.

The Hidden Kitchen also hosts cooking classes weekly and operates as a full-service catering company.
