One of the headlining items on the call is a capital appropriation request for $1,061,000 to supplement existing funding for the North Street Bridge Rehabilitation project. Explanatory comments from the Department of Public Works say the additional funds are needed to award a construction contract following recent bids and to proceed without delay.
The project, part of the 2025–26 capital program, is cited as critical for public safety, emergency access and traffic management. A related resolution from the Board of Estimate & Taxation authorizes the issuance of general obligation bonds to finance the appropriation.

Also on the agenda is a resolution in support of recommendations from the Intermunicipal Airport Master Plan Task Force. The explanatory comments describe the task force as a coalition of municipalities that reviewed Westchester County Airport’s upcoming master plan and offered conclusions intended to protect environmental quality, traffic safety, noise levels and community health without increasing airport passenger terminal capacity.
The RTM will also consider the renewal of a long-term lease for the River House facility, home to Greenwich Adult Day Care Inc., for a 10-year term through March 2036. Explanatory comments note no changes to the existing lease terms.
The agenda contains multiple appointments and reappointments forwarded by the Board of Selectmen, including new members to the Board of Human Services and building committees for Central Middle School and Julian Curtiss School, as well as an alternate appointment to the Planning and Zoning Commission and a regular appointment to the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency.
