GUILFORD, CT — Guilford's two open houses this weekend are both on Sunday morning. One is a Cape with a new roof on nearly an acre of woods. The other is a Colonial, owned by one family for 38 years, with a 675-square-foot studio that its listing pictures as a workshop, gym or creative space.
