GUILFORD, CT — Lake Quonnipaug in Guilford is closed until further notice due to Tuesday night's storm and the condition of the beachfront, according to an announcement on Wednesday from Guilford Parks & Recreation. Jacobs Beach is still open.

Aside from a chance of thunderstorms on Wednesday, the forecast for Guilford remains clear for the rest of the week.
