EAST HARTFORD, CT — A Haddam resident recently claimed a $10,000 Connecticut Lottery prize sold in East Hartford.
According to the Connecticut Lottery, the winning $10,000 10X Cash 18th Edition scratch ticket was sold at 7-Eleven in East Hartford on Aug. 10.
10X Cash 18th Edition is a $10 scratch-off game. There are 109 unclaimed prizes in the game.
