Fatal Motorcycle Crash Investigated In Madison: Police
The collision occurred Tuesday night, according to authorities.
MADISON, CT — The operator of a motorcycle was killed Tuesday night in a collision with an SUV in Madison, according to police.
No other injuries were reported in the 7:52 p.m. crash, which occurred at the intersection of Durham Road (Route 79) and Overbrook Road.
The identity of the victim is being withheld by Madison police, pending notification of next of kin.

"The Madison Police Department, in coordination with the South-Central Connecticut Accident Reconstruction Team, is actively investigating the cause of the motor vehicle accident," wrote Capt. Jeremy Yorke in a statement.
Portions of Durham and Overbrook roads were closed for several hours Tuesday while police investigated the crash, but the roads have since been reopened.
