Women’s Club Donates Thousands to Local Organizations
The Women's Club of Madison Announces Annual Disbursements

The Women's Club of Madison engages in fundraising efforts throughout the year to enable them to support multiple organizations in the community. This year, thanks to the efforts of club members and support from local businesses, the Club’s annual disbursements totaled $8297.00.
The disbursements met a wide array of needs. Recipients were: Daniel Hand High School Vibe Show Choir; E. C. Scranton Memorial Library; Madison Arts Barn; Homes for the Brave; Madison Hose Co., No. 1, Inc.; Madison Public School Art Classes; Madison Beach & Recreation Department, Surf Club; Nite In Hand; Syd’s Book Shack; Work Vessels for Vets – Patriot Fund.
The Women’s Club of Madison is proud to support programs that benefit the Madison community. Any nonprofit organizations that have needs and would like to be considered for next year’s disbursement process should submit their request to the club no later than February 1, 2027. A member of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs, an international nonprofit organization whose objective is the improvement of educational, cultural and civic conditions.
