One-Way Traffic Planned On Haynes Street During Manchester Paving Work

MANCHESTER, CT — One-way traffic restrictions will be in place on Haynes Street in Manchester during daytime milling and paving operations scheduled through 28.

Traffic and construction equipment will travel in one direction from Main Street along Haynes Street toward Alpine Street while work is underway.

A detour will direct motorists to turn left onto Alpine Street, then left onto Russell Street, before reconnecting with Main Street.

Six flaggers will be stationed throughout the work zone, with one flagger positioned at each crosswalk location.

Drivers should expect delays and use caution when traveling through the area during construction. The work schedule may be adjusted due to weather or other construction conditions.
