Pedestrian Seriously Hurt In Collision With Vehicle In Manchester: Police
Manchester police are investigating a Wednesday night crash involving a pedestrian.
MANCHESTER, CT — A pedestrian was seriously hurt Wednesday in a collision with a vehicle in Manchester, police said.
The crash took place at 10:11 p.m. on Main Street, across from the Mary Cheney Library, according to an incident report.
Police said a 55-year-old Manchester man was walking
eastbound across Main Street in the area of the library when he was struck by a vehicle traveling northbound on Main Street. The vehicle was being operated by a 50-year-old Manchester resident, according to an incident report.

The pedestrian was transported to Hartford Hospital with life-threatening injuries, according to an incident report.
