Familiar Face Climbs Aboard Iconic Milk Truck In Mansfield
Mountain Dairy has added a new teammate and he's a familiar name.

MANSFIELD, CT β A familiar face has joined an iconic business in Mansfield.
Lucas Ahern last week was named Mountain Dairy's new creamery manager.

"Born and raised in Mansfield, Lucas has spent more than 20 years building a career centered around one thing: hospitality. After gaining experience with Back Bay Restaurant Group and The Stockyard in Boston, he returned home to Connecticut in 2014.
"Many of you know Lucas from Camilleβs Wood Fired Pizza, where guests affectionately called him βUncle Lucas,β and where his passion for making every guest feel like family earned him the title βKing of Hospitality.β Others know him as the owner of Dadβs Doughs, where he built a business rooted in community, quality, and supporting local farms and businesses.
