Mansfield's Bicentennial Pond To Close Monday For Building Delivery
Recreational areas at Schoolhouse Brook Park will be temporarily restricted.

MANSFIELD, CT — Public access to Bicentennial Pond and recreational areas at Schoolhouse Brook Park will be temporarily restricted Monday, Aug. 31, as a second building is delivered to the Mansfield recreation area, town officials said.
The park and pond will be closed to the public Monday for the delivery.
Additional information about the remainder of construction and setup, currently scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 2, will be provided as the date approaches, according to the town.

Officials cautioned that construction schedules can change and that additional or unexpected closures could be necessary because of unforeseen circumstances.
