A New Haven resident won $25,000 on a Play 4 ticket that was sold at Marwah Inc. at 934 Broad Street in Meriden, according to lottery officials. The CT Lottery no longer publishes winners' names without their written consent in accordance with a <a href="https://www.cga.ct.gov/2025/act/Pa/pdf/2025PA-00112-R00SB-01235-PA.PDF" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">new Connecticut law</a>, which was effective Oct. 1, 2025.
