YMCA Family Fun Day
The Meriden YMCA Family Fun Day is a free community event to kick off summer fun at Mountain Mist Day Camp.
- Play camp games with our camp counselors like foursquare, dodgeball, disc golf and more!
- Swim in the pool and slide on the waterslide
- Try out the ropes course and climbing tower
- Get your face painted!
- Pet a llama
- Learn about Y summer programs
- Enter drawings for Y prizes such as gift certificates for camp, membership, classes and more.
- Apply for camp scholarships and register for summer camp
- Learn about animals from the Hungerford Nature Center
More Info
- Free admission. Nonmembers welcome. Parent or caregiver must stay with the child at all times. No drop offs.
- Food will be available for sale by the Seals Swim team. Cash or Venmo accepted.
- Pool Rules: Children age 5 and under must have an adult in the water with them at all times. Only coast guard approved life jackets or swim belts provided by lifeguards are permitted as a floatation device. Everyone is required to take a swim challenge before swimming.
