Former Wells Fargo Building Sold In Meriden
A portion of the building will be repurposed for a new business, according to realtors.
MERIDEN, CT — A former Wells Fargo building was recently sold for $615,000 in Meriden, realtors recently announced.
The Proto Group and Press|Cuozzo Realtors recently cooperated on the sale of 55 Centennial Avenue in Meriden, according to a news release from Press|Cuozzo Realtors.
The 6,000-square-foot retail building set on .48 acres was formerly owned and occupied by Wells Fargo, according to realtors.

Steve Patten, CCIM of The Proto Group represented the seller, Wells Fargo CPG and Renee Stevens, formerly of Press|Cuozzo Realtors, represented the buyer, 55 Centennial Avenue LLC.
A portion of the building will be repurposed as a laundromat, according to the news release.
