Lane Closures Announced On Route 15 In Meriden
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is advising motorists of a lane closure that will be in effect over several weeks on Route 15.
MERIDEN, CT — The Connecticut Department of Transportation has announced that guiderail upgrades will be performed on Route 15 in Meriden from the Baldwin Avenue overpass to the Berlin/Meriden town line.
The project is scheduled to occur on Monday, June 1 and be completed by Friday, Aug. 7, according to officials.
The project is being performed by Eagle Fence and Guardrail.

There will be right lane and shoulder closures on Route 15 in Meriden from the Baldwin Avenue overpass to the Berlin/Meriden town line from Monday, June 1 and be completed by Friday, August 7, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Traffic control signing patterns, trailer mounted attenuators and State Troopers will guide motorists through the work zone.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area.
