This auction is live now and runs through Tuesday, August 25th. It begins to close at 7pm. You can click onto the auction site now and look at the items, register for the auction and begin to bid. They will ask you for your CC information ignorer to bid on items.
It Features antiques, vintage pieces, fine art, rugs and more from local estates. The auction pick up day is Friday, August 28, 2026 from 11am - 2pm. Depending on the items(s) purchased, there are 2 pick up locations....Both are in Westport, CT and are 3 minutes apart in distance. You will be notified on your emailed invoice and by text which pick up location has your item(s). If you cannot make the pick up day/time, Simply Estated MUST be notified before the August 28th. Any items that you are having shipped MUST be picked up within 10 days of the closing of the auction.
If any and all items are not picked up within this time frame, Simply Estated will consider your items abandoned and you will forfeit all right to the item.
We do not offer in-house shipping. The winning bidder will be responsible for their own shipping . Please contact us prior to bidding for a list of our recommended 3rd party shipping companies. All bids are final and are subject to our terms and conditions.

Families looking for an extra year to help their child build confidence and prepare for kindergarten have a new option at the Northern Middlesex YMCA.
Enrollment is now open for the Y&rsquo;s Kindergarten Preparatory Academy (KPA), a transition program designed for children who are 4&frac12; years old and born between September 2021 and March 2022.
The program follows the same curriculum as the Middletown Public Schools KPA program, while offering smaller teacher-to-child ratios and more individualized attention. Through a supportive, engaging environment, children have opportunities to strengthen the social, emotional and developmental skills that can help them enter kindergarten ready to learn and thrive.
The YMCA&rsquo;s KPA offers full-day care from 7:15 a.m.&ndash;5:15 p.m., making the program a convenient option for working families as well.
