The most recent closing in this batch is 98 Burgundy Hill Lane, which sold Sept. 15 for $128,000. The two-bedroom, one-bath condo offers 711 square feet, at $180.03 per square foot.

Tied for the top price of the five is 279 Congdon St., which sold Sept. 14 for $510,000. The three-bedroom, three-bath home offers 2,016 square feet of living space on a 0.36-acre lot, at $252.98 per square foot.

Matching that price the same day, 87 Meech Road sold for $510,000 as well. The four-bedroom, three-bath home spans 2,369 square feet on a 0.26-acre lot, at $215.28 per square foot.

67 Butternut St. sold Sept. 10 for $335,000. The three-bedroom, one-bath home offers 1,264 square feet on an 8,712-square-foot lot, at $265.03 per square foot.
