Man Charged After Bar Fight In Milford, Police Say
The man is accused of pushing a worker, throwing plants and spitting in an officer's face, according to police.
MILFORD, CT — A man was arrested on several charges following a fight at Archie Moore's in Milford.
Police were dispatched to the 15 Factory Lane restaurant and bar Aug. 19 on a report of an active fight.
An investigation led to the arrest of a 39-year-old New Haven man. He is accused of pushing an employee and throwing plants outside after being asked to leave, according to police.

He is also accused of spitting in an officer's face and resisting arrest.
The man was charged with third-degree assault, assault on a police officer, breach of peace, second-degree criminal mischief and interfering with officers.

He was released on a promise to appear in court Sept. 16.
