Milford Arrest Log, Aug. 23-27, 2026

Recent arrests by the Milford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

MILFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Milford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

  • A 32-year-old Stratford man was charged Aug. 23 with interfering with an officer after police responded to the Motel 6 for a breach of peace. Police said he provided officers with a fake name. He was released on a promise to appear in court Sept. 22.
  • A 25-year-old Trumbull woman was taken into custody Aug. 26 on an active warrant charging risk of injury. Police said she was extremely intoxicated while caring for a small child and walked into traffic with the child while attempting to cross Boston Post Road outside a crosswalk. She was released on a promise to appear in court Sept. 10.
  • A 35-year-old Stratford man was charged Aug. 26 with three counts of sixth-degree larceny. Police said he shoplifted from Big Y on three separate occasions. Bond was set at $1,000 and he was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 26.
  • A 32-year-old Milford man was charged Aug. 26 with breach of peace and reckless driving following a domestic violence incident. Police said he drove away while the victim was only halfway out of the vehicle. He was released on a promise to appear in court Aug. 27.
  • A 34-year-old Shelton man was charged Aug. 27 with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and violation of a protective order following a domestic violence incident. Police said he pushed the victim down the stairs and was prohibited by a protective order from being at the residence. Bond was set at $2,500 and he was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 27.
  • A 38-year-old West Haven man was charged Aug. 27 with sixth-degree larceny. Police said he stole about $333 worth of merchandise from Lowe's in May. Bond was set at $500 and he was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 27.
  • A 63-year-old New Haven man was charged Aug. 27 with attempted sixth-degree larceny. Police said he attempted to steal about $286 worth of merchandise from Stop & Shop in April. Bond was set at $500 and he was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 27.
  • A 50-year-old Somers man was charged Aug. 27 with violation of a standing criminal protective order and second-degree harassment. Police said he sent a letter to the victim in violation of the protective order. Bond was set at $500 and he was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 27.
  • A 36-year-old Milford man was charged Aug. 27 with first-degree criminal trespass and interfering with an officer after police responded to a New Haven Avenue property. Police said he entered the property and caused a disturbance despite having previously been banned from the location. Police also said he resisted arrest. He was released on a promise to appear in court Sept. 24.
  • A 56-year-old New Haven woman was taken into custody Aug. 27 on three active warrants charging two counts of second-degree failure to appear and one count of first-degree failure to appear. Bond was set at $155,000 and she was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 27.
  • A 59-year-old Hingham, Massachusetts, man was charged Aug. 29 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault following a domestic violence incident at a Milford hotel. Police said he struck the victim during a verbal argument. Bond was set at $2,500 and he was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 31.
