Milford Arrest Log, Aug. 29 To Sept. 14, 2026
Recent arrests by the Milford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.
MILFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Milford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
- A 19-year-old Milford woman was charged Aug. 29 with sixth-degree larceny and trespassing after police responded to Target on Boston Post Road. Police said she stole about $20 worth of merchandise from a store she had previously been banned from. She was released on a promise to appear in court Sept. 24.
- A 57-year-old Milford woman was taken into custody Sept. 5 on two active warrants charging violation of probation. Bond was set at $5,000 and she was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 8.
- A 62-year-old Bridgeport man was taken into custody Sept. 5 on an active warrant charging sixth-degree larceny. Police said he stole about $120 worth of merchandise from HomeGoods in July. He was released on a promise to appear in court Sept. 29.
- A 36-year-old Milford man was charged Sept. 5 with violation of a protective order after police responded to a Milford address for an unrelated incident. Police said he was with the victim in violation of a full no-contact protective order. Bond was set at $5,000 and he was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 7.
- A 57-year-old Milford man was charged Sept. 6 with breach of peace and interfering with an officer following a domestic violence incident. Police said he threw the victim to the ground, causing her to roll into the roadway. He was released on a promise to appear in court Sept. 8.
- A 25-year-old Atlanta woman was charged Sept. 8 with breach of peace following a domestic violence incident. Police said she slapped the victim. Bond was set at $500 and she was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 9.
- A 29-year-old Bridgeport woman was taken into custody Sept. 8 on an active warrant charging fourth-degree larceny and risk of injury. Police said she stole $1,071 worth of merchandise from American Liquidators while with a minor child in May. Bond was set at $7,500 and she was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 9.
- A 62-year-old Prospect man turned himself in Sept. 9 on an active warrant charging disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment. Police said he sent an email to the victim that insinuated she was going to be killed. Bond was set at $25,000 and he was scheduled to appear in court Sept. 10.
- A 42-year-old West Haven man turned himself in Sept. 11 on an active warrant charging evading responsibility. Police said he struck a vehicle and fled the scene in August. He was also charged with motor vehicle violations. He was released on a promise to appear in court Oct. 9.
- A 64-year-old Milford woman was charged Sept. 12 with driving under the influence after police responded to a minor motor vehicle accident at Adams Hometown Market on New Haven Avenue. Police said she was operating her vehicle under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident. Bond was set at $500 and she was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 5.
- A 37-year-old Derby man was charged Sept. 13 with driving under the influence, operating with a suspended license and operating with a suspended registration. Police said they saw his vehicle traveling on the wrong side of Bridgeport Avenue and determined he was driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was set at $500 and he was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 5.
- A 19-year-old Milford woman was charged Sept. 13 with disorderly conduct following a domestic violence incident. Police said she struck the victim. She was released on a promise to appear in court Sept. 14.
