Upcoming Open Houses In Milford

Ten Milford homes are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 31, and Sunday, Nov. 1, with prices from $140,000 to $1,000,000, according to Zillow.com.

Saturday, Oct. 31

18 Willow Street, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (also Sunday, noon to 4 p.m.), $565,000. This three-bedroom, two-bath beach house is within walking distance of Fort Trumbull and Silver Sands beaches and minutes from downtown. It has hardwood floors, an updated kitchen, two updated baths and a bay window in the dining area. It has 1,744 square feet.

17 Marble Lane, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., $140,000. This two-bedroom, one-bath manufactured home is in the Ryder Woods community, with bedrooms at opposite ends and a kitchen island. It's sold as-is; the listing says the seller is aware of a soft area in the floor outside the bathroom. The association requires a credit score of 670 or higher, a 30% debt-to-income ratio and $30,000 in annual income, per the listing. It has 728 square feet and a $450 monthly fee, per Zillow.
