Elizabeth Paul Mastroni, a longtime Monroe resident, died May 8, 2026, at Mozaic Senior Life. She is survived by her daughters, Diana Fox and Linda Pinto, and granddaughter Nicole Pinto.

Maureen Ann (Guckert) Julian, 79

Maureen Ann Julian died May 25, 2026, surrounded by family. She is survived by her children Jason Julian, Karen Jimenez, Andrew Julian and Michele Julian-Lessandrini, as well as three grandchildren.

Clifford H. Hudson Jr., 87

Clifford H. Hudson Jr., a Monroe resident for 57 years, died May 21, 2026. A U.S. Navy veteran, Hudson worked for Sikorsky Aircraft for 33 years and was a former firefighter, captain and life member of the Stepney Volunteer Fire Department. He is survived by four children, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Janice L. DelMastro, 78

Janice L. DelMastro died May 19, 2026, surrounded by family. A licensed practical nurse for more than 40 years, DelMastro spent more than 50 years living in Monroe with her husband, Thomas. She is survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, sisters, nieces and nephews.

Felicia Elizabeth Valus, 93

Felicia Elizabeth Valus, formerly of Monroe and most recently of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, died May 7, 2026. A longtime volunteer and active church member, Valus is survived by her four children, seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
