Naugatuck Animal Control Seeking Donations Of 'Desperately Needed' Items
Naugatuck Animal Control currently has over a dozen dogs and some cats on case hold and "desperately needs" the following items.
NAUGATUCK, CT — Naugatuck Animal Control is currently seeking donations of various items.
In a Facebook post Wednesday, animal control said they currently have 16 dogs and two cats on case hold as they wait for a court to appoint them custody.
They also have eight dogs available for adoption, animal control said.

According to animal control, the department currently "desperately needs" the following items:
- Paper towels.
- Lysol wipes.
- Bleach.
- Rescue.
- Sponges.
- Dawn.
- Cat litter.
- Throw blankets (no comforters or sheets).
- Pine bedding pellets (can get big bags from tractor supply).
- Bully sticks (no rawhide).
Donations can be dropped off or shipped directly to their facility at 508 Cherry Street in Naugatuck.
