"She is fully housebroken, crate trained, e-collar trained - all the bells and whistle you could possible think of for a dog," the department's post reads.
Animal control noted they are looking for an active and experienced family who is willing to take on Raven.
"She is not a dog you can leave in a crate for eight hours and come home and take for a short walk," the post reads, "she needs work and structure. But in return she'll show you the ultimate love and loyalty."
The department's full post, which includes photos and more information about Raven, is available here.
