New Canaan P&Z Commission To Host Public Workshop On Proposed Zoning Updates

NEW CANAAN, CT — The New Canaan Planning & Zoning Commission invites residents to attend a public workshop next week on proposed updates to the town's commercial zoning regulations.

The public workshop will be held April 21 at 7 p.m. at the Lapham Community Center.

According to a news release provided by the town, the workshop will include a brief presentation on draft changes, covering topics such as parking, housing options in commercial areas and business permitting processes, followed by small group discussions to gather community feedback.

Input from this workshop will be incorporated into subsequent drafts with a target to adopt changes to this section of the regulations by July 1, according to the release.
