Free Legal Seminar to Address Connecticut Leave Laws
Program to address employer obligations and compliance with medical and sick leave

The next Amity Chamber "Breakfast & Briefs" legal seminar will be held on May 19th at Charter Senior Living of Orange, 197 Indian River Road, Orange. Doors open at 8:15 am, with the one-hour briefing starting promptly at 8:30 am. The program includes a free, catered breakfast, compliments of Charter Senior Living.
This month's briefing will cover Connecticut Leave Laws and will be presented by attorneys Owen Weaver and Courtney Georgeof Zabel Schellenberg Attorneys at Law. Specifically, the seminar will address employer obligations and compliance with three Connecticut Leave Laws dealing with medical and sick leave, including:
- CFMLA: Connecticut Family and Medical Leave Act
- CPL: CT Paid Leave
- CPSL: Paid Sick Leave
