NEW LONDON, CT — New London's open houses this weekend cluster near Ocean Beach and Pequot Avenue. One 2019 house looks out at New London Ledge Light and comes with the lot next door. Another updated home on Ocean Avenue includes a year's beach pass.

Six New London homes are holding open houses Saturday, Oct. 10, and Sunday, Oct. 11, with prices from $195,600 to $1,095,000, according to Zillow.com.

1092 Ocean Ave., 10 a.m. to noon (also Sunday, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.), $674,900. This updated 1955 contemporary has a new roof, new siding, new central air and new parking out front. Inside are hardwood floors, two renovated baths and a quartz kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, and the primary suite opens to a new Trex deck with views toward Long Island Sound. The listing says a one-year pass to Ocean Beach and a Pequot Avenue beach is included. It's a four-bedroom, two-bath home with 2,339 square feet.

The listing says the sale depends on the seller closing on new housing and that a short rent-back may be needed. It's a two-bedroom, one-bath condo with 900 square feet; the HOA fee is $462 a month.

27 Jerome Road, noon to 2 p.m., $1,095,000. Built in 2019, this shoreline house has 9-foot ceilings, a main-floor primary suite, a walkout lower level with a full bath and an outdoor shower. Its deck and patio look out at New London Ledge Light, and the listing credits solar panels with eliminating electric bills. The sale includes the neighboring parcel at 31 Jerome Road.
